Complaints Procedure

Sparta Legal is fully committed to relieving you of all burdens and achieving the maximum result for your case. If, despite our efforts, you are not entirely satisfied with the handling of your case, please let us know as soon as possible. We will ensure that your complaint is resolved internally and keep you informed of the process. Sparta Legal guarantees the quality of the services provided to its clients. Through this internal complaints procedure, Sparta Legal aims to ensure that every client is assisted to their full satisfaction. Please be assured that your complaint will be taken seriously by Sparta Legal and will always lead to an appropriate solution. Therefore, do not hesitate to contact us as soon as you feel it is necessary.

Procedure

  1. Please use the form to submit your complaint to us, providing as much detail as possible regarding your dissatisfaction and mentioning the personal injury specialist currently handling your file.
  2. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint as soon as possible, but no later than within two working days.
  3. The management will then review your file and address your complaint with the specialist concerned. Should the management deem it necessary, you will be contacted to discuss your complaint further and potentially answer questions regarding the matter.
  4. The management will provide a substantive response to your complaint within ten working days. Should an extension be required, you will be informed in a timely manner. The handling of your complaint will always be conducted in writing.
  5. If additional arguments are presented and a reassessment is requested or deemed necessary, the management will respond in writing within four weeks. In such cases, reference will be made to potential external complaints procedures.
  6. The management is required to register all complaints and keep a (digital) copy for up to two years after the date of notification.
  7. The management strives to find an appropriate solution for you. Should this nevertheless not lead to a restoration of trust, a new specialist will be assigned to your file in consultation with you. Consequently, your case will never suffer any delay.
